Super excited about this interview but I am kind of a NERD when it comes to my garden.  As you also know I love food, particularly the idea that healthy whole food doesn't have to taste bad.  In fact, it tastes great!!!

In this interview with Dana Richardson and Sara Zentz we talk about their first full length production called Back to Eden.  Then we spent some time chatting about their trip down to the copper canyons of Mexico to live with the Tarahumara indians and learn how they live, grow their own food, and celebrate running as a culture.  They are also considered a "cold spot" for the 3 biggest diseases in most modern countries today, heart disease, diabetes, and cancer.  They have almost 0%! Maybe it's time we started thinking about what we are putting in our bodies, especially as athletes who want to get the most out of life.

I hope you enjoy this episode, please head over and donate before March 12th to help this movie get wrapped up so we can watch it in the fall! It's going to be awesome.
